¶ 1 Washington law requires that notice of a sheriff's sale be sent only to the judgment debtor; junior lienholders need not be notified. RCW 6.21.030(1); RCW 6.23.030(1). The judgment creditor here, Hersel and Sharon Brazington and Stanley Brazington, did not notify a junior lienholder (Camp Finance) of a sheriff's sale.
