The claimant, Michael Bagenstos, appeals a final order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission upholding the denial of his unemployment compensation benefits. Denial was based on the claimant's discharge for misconduct connected with work. Bagenstos's employer, Al Packer Ford, discharged him because of an incident involving a customer complaint. As the record shows, Bagenstos handled the situation poorly when he engaged in a confrontation with the customer...
