Case Summary

Michael O. Rhines ("Rhines"), pro se, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Norlarco Credit Union ("Norlarco"). We conclude that the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction because there was no administrative remedy for Norlarco to pursue and that Rhines' due process rights were not violated because he had a hearing before his vehicle was repossessed for nonpayment.
