Before the Court is the Motion of Stanfield Capital Partners, LLC for Entry of an Order Disqualifying Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy as Counsel to the Informal Committee of First Lien Lenders Pursuant to Rule 1.7 of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant the relief requested.
