¶1 PETERSON, J.

Debra Brooks appeals a replevin judgment granted to Indianhead Motors. She argues Indianhead's complaint should have been dismissed because Indianhead failed to give her proper notice of her right to cure under the Wisconsin Consumer Act. We agree. Accordingly, we reverse the judgment and remand with directions to dismiss Indianhead's complaint without prejudice.
