[¶ 1] Donna Bjerklie appeals from a criminal judgment upon her entry of a Rule 11, N.D.R.Crim.P., conditional guilty plea to felony theft of services following the district court's order granting the State's motion in limine, preventing admission of alternative values for those services. Because the district court abused its discretion in granting the State's motion, we reverse and remand to give Bjerklie an opportunity to withdraw her guilty...
