This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a breach of contract action involving a real estate lien note. Hannah Lucille Dade, the maker of the note, asserts the trial court's judgment against her must be reversed because there is no evidence she refused service of the summary judgment motion or received notice of the hearing and there is no evidence of a valid contract between Dade and appellee J.F.
