BROWN, Chief Judge.

A jury convicted defendant, Kendrick Wayne Jones, of illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Pursuant to an agreement, the state dismissed other pending felony charges, and defendant received a sentence of 12 1/2 years at hard labor. Defendant appeals, alleging insufficiency of proof of the crime. We amend the sentence in part and as amended, affirm.
