Opinion by Justice WHITTINGTON.

Earl Rice appeals his convictions for possession of 400 grams or more of cocaine and impersonating a public servant. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior felony offenses, at ninety years' confinement and twenty-seven years' confinement, respectively.
