The decedent Albert T. Piacentino was a 12-year-old child on a day outing at a summer camp in Woodgate, New York, owned and operated by the defendant Diocese, when he drowned on June 14, 1968. Over 35 years elapsed. The Surrogate of Oneida County issued limited letters of administration on August 26, 2003. Thereafter, this action was filed in the Oneida County Clerk...
