Acting pro se, Duane Allen Jenkins sued Blue Moon Cycle, Inc. and two of its employees, John Landstrom and Robert Reed, for false arrest, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution.1 The defendants answered, denying liability, and after conducting discovery, both sides moved for summary judgment. The trial court denied Jenkins' motion and granted the defendants' motion without explanation, and Jenkins appeals. We affirm...
