These consolidated cases involve a dispute over the estate of Jack Slusarenko,1 and particularly the farm that he owned in Milton-Freewater. To resolve plaintiffs' appeal, we must decide whether a 1998 will and bargain-and-sale deed were the products of undue influence by Wilma Slusarenko, Jack's second wife.
