Following an occupational injury, appellant Donna Roskey asserted a claim for workers' compensation benefits. Subsequently, she sued appellees Continental Casualty Company, RSKCo Services, Inc., RSKCo Cost Management Services, Inc., RSKCo Consulting Services, Inc., Machelle Davidson, Margie Kling, Carol Schellenberg, and Steve Wilson for personal injury damages.
