OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Richard Lee appeals the jury's verdict for Kimberly Hamilton1 in a personal injury lawsuit arising out of an automobile accident. Lee raises two issues, which we restate as:

1. Whether the trial court abused its discretion in excluding Lee's exhibits 6 and 24; and

2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by declining to give two instructions Lee tendered.

We affirm.
