Jim ("Husband") and Sharon ("Wife") Robinson's marriage was dissolved by the Boone Superior Court in 1994. In 2005, Husband filed a Verified Petition to Amend Qualified Domestic Relations Order ("QDRO") alleging that Wife was receiving a higher share of Husband's monthly pension benefit than she was entitled to receive under the parties' settlement agreement.
