JOHNSON, J.

¶ 1. Defendant appeals his conviction for burglary after a jury trial. Defendant argues that the trial court erred by admitting evidence of the guilty plea of a person who was accused of committing the burglary along with defendant. We affirm.

¶ 2. Defendant and Joshua Ritchie were arrested and charged with committing a burglary of a private residence. Ritchie pled guilty prior to defendant's trial. At
