On November 17, 2000, the defendant pled no contest to five counts of engaging in sexual acts with a child within the familial context, four counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child between the ages of twelve to sixteen, one count of tampering with a witness, and one count of resisting an officer without violence. He was sentenced to five years probation with special conditions, including that he serve 220 days in the Dade County Jail...
