DENNIS, Circuit Judge:

This case concerns whether the appellants, who have filed a Title VII sex discrimination case against the appellee without first filing an EEOC charge, can invoke the "single filing rule" to piggyback on the EEOC charge filed by the plaintiff in the lead case with which appellants' case has been consolidated. After reviewing the record and the applicable law, we conclude that they cannot. Therefore, we affirm the district court's
