Standard Distributing, Inc. ("Employer") appeals the judgment of the Superior Court which affirmed a decision of the Industrial Accident Board ("Board") in favor of Charles Hall ("Claimant"). Claimant injured his back while working for Employer, and Employer paid medical expenses for the treatment of a lower back injury.
