KING, C.J., for the Court.

¶ 1. Havis B. Byrd, a landowner with property in Forrest County, Mississippi, appeals the trial court's decision to grant partial summary judgment to Defendants Mississippi Power Co. and Southern Co.1 The trial court granted summary judgment on the issue of damages for Byrd's trespass claim and entered final judgment on the partial summary judgment.
