Carlisle Corporation d/b/a Carlisle SynTec Systems appeals a jury verdict in favor of Medical City Dallas, Ltd. on Medical City's claim for breach of the Twenty Year Membrane Material Warranty, an express warranty for a roofing material manufactured by Carlisle and installed by Charley Company of Texas, and Medical City's claim for attorney's fees.
