This is a second appeal arising from a dispute regarding payment of a promissory note executed by David McGoodwin and DLM Enterprises, Inc., a closely held corporation, to Deborah McGoodwin. Deborah brought suit against David for breach of contract after he stopped making payments on the promissory note.
