Forum Realty Corporation ("Forum") sued Quantum Trading Corporation and two individuals alleged to be its alter egos (collectively "Quantum") for, among other things, breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith arising out of the contract, quantum meruit, fraud, punitive damages, and attorney fees.
