[¶ 1] Appellant Donald Shane Hembree entered conditional guilty pleas to two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(a)(i) (Lexis Nexis 2005). He reserved the right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized during a search of his luggage following a traffic stop.
