This is the second petition for postconviction relief filed by appellant Justin Stiles. Stiles was found guilty of two counts of first-degree felony murder under Minn.Stat. § 609.185(3) (1996), and one count of second-degree intentional murder under Minn.Stat. § 609.19, subd. 1(1) (2004), for the killing of Heinz Moorman.
