Margaret Fergeson, individually and as mother and natural guardian of Cecilia Harriott, an infant under the age of 14 years, by her attorney, has moved this court for modification of its previous order, dated the 2nd day of June, 2006, which, inter alia, awarded $40,000 to the City of New York in full satisfaction of its asserted Medicaid medical lien of $92,376.40...
