The appellee, Richard C. Summy, was seriously injured during a golf outing when he was struck by a golf ball hit by another player. Summy successfully sued the owner of the golf course, appellant City of Des Moines. The City has appealed, alleging several grounds for reversal: (1) the district court erred when it eliminated all Des Moines property owners from the trial jury; (2) the court erred in submitting the case under the theory the City failed...
