Ronald R. Green appeals his conviction for aggravated sexual assault. He seeks to overturn it by contending that 1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to sustain it, 2) the trial court erred in refusing to grant his objection to the prosecutor's wearing of a religious cross on her person, and 3) the trial court erred in granting the State's motion to invoke the rule against his "parents."
