The Court has before it appellants' July 5, 2006 second motion to set the supersedeas bond at fifty percent of the judgment debtors' net worth pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 24.2(a)(1). We entertain this motion, pursuant to rule of appellate procedure 24.4, and decide whether the trial court abused its discretion in determining appellants' net worth to be $20,000 each and in setting the supersedeas...
