MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KELLER, P.J., and PRICE, WOMACK, KEASLER, HOLCOMB, and COCHRAN, JJ., join.

Appellant pled guilty to escape and providing implements for escape and elected to have a jury determine his sentence.
