Cheryl Kashawn Jones appeals from the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, which affirmed her conviction for felony child neglect, in violation of Code § 18.2-371.1(B)(1), in the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk. On appeal, she contends the evidence was insufficient to prove she willfully failed to provide care for her child in a manner so gross, wanton, and culpable as to show a reckless disregard for the child...
