After Travelers Personal Security Insurance Company ("Travelers") denied Douglas and Rosalind McClelland's ("the McClellands") claim, the McClellands filed suit alleging violations of the Texas Insurance Code, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and common law breach of contract.
