Defendant Jessie Harvey was charged with three counts of attempt first degree murder, four counts of armed robbery and four counts of aggravated battery with a firearm in indictment No. 00 CR 12069. The victim was James Moses. Defendant was also charged with one count of armed robbery in indictment No. 00 CR 12146, wherein Antoine Lane was the victim. Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of one count...
