OPINION

MERRITT, Circuit Judge.

Richard Jones, Jr. appeals his conviction and 420-month sentence for six narcotics and weapons offenses. After he was arrested in 2000, Jones pled guilty to two of the six counts against him pursuant to a conditional plea agreement in exchange for a 210-month prison sentence.
