High, an employee of E-Systems and a participant in the E-Systems Benefit Plan, later managed by MetLife, initiated this proceeding in the district court, alleging that when Met-Life became the plan's claims administrator in 1998, it improperly began reducing his monthly plan disability payments by the amount of Veterans Administration...
