On March 2, 2006, this Court issued an opinion reversing the trial court's orders and remanding the case to permit additional discovery and for further proceedings. Appellee, Mark Goldowitz, individually and doing business as the California Anti-SLAPP Project (Goldowitz), filed a motion for rehearing. After due consideration, we deny Goldowitz's motion for rehearing, but we withdraw our opinion and judgment...
