GREENE, P.J.

Angelo R. Cisneros appeals the district court's revocation of his probation, arguing that the alleged violation of a condition of probation occurred after his probation had expired, thus depriving the court of jurisdiction for any revocation. We agree, reverse the district court, and order Cisneros discharged.
