MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAYNE, District Judge.

On December 5, 2005, following a bench trial, the Court found the Defendant, Broderick F. Jones ("Jones"), guilty of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The Court sentenced Jones to 51 months imprisonment on April 20, 2006. At sentencing, Jones objected to the presentence investigation report for failing to calculate a two-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility...
