¶ 1. Tramaine Curry was convicted of sexual battery in the Circuit Court of Bolivar County. He was sentenced to serve a term of twenty years, with five years suspended, in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The trial court denied Curry's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) or, in the alternative, a new trial. Aggrieved by his conviction and sentence, Curry appeals.
