BILL VANCE, Justice.

Appellant Daniel John Sheehan appeals his misdemeanor conviction of resisting arrest and thirty-day sentence. We will reverse the trial court's judgment and render a judgment of acquittal.

On the occasion in question, Sheehan was a parolee resident at a halfway house. Two Beaumont police officers—one male and one female—arrived to arrest him for a parole violation. Only the female officer testified. When...
