Plaintiffs-Appellants Skidmore Energy, Inc. and Geoscience International, Inc. (collectively, "Appellants") appeal the district court's award of sanctions totaling $530,667.32 against them and their trial counsel, Gary Sullivan, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11.
