¶ 1 Benita and Stanley Johnson appeal a summary judgment dismissing their claim for the wrongful death of their son, Brandon, against The Paintball Store (the Store). The claim arose when a CO2 canister, which the Store had filled, exploded from Brandon's paintball gun, killing him. The Johnsons argue, in part, that they presented evidence sufficient to create an issue of material fact as to whether the Store negligently filled a defective canister...
