Scheuer, all property owners in an area of Madison County referred to as Beasley Spring Acres (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the property owners"), sued Hun Es Tu Malade? # 16, LLC, David J. Slyman, Jr., and Todd J. Slyman.1 Hun Es Tu Malade and the Slymans each own a parcel of land in the same area as the property owners.
