SUMMARY OF THE CASE

¶ 1. This tragic wrongful death lawsuit arose after Corey Tate, then twenty years old, fled from police in a stolen Lexus. Corey had three passengers with him. Corey's eighteen year old girlfriend, Robin McCoy, rode in the front passenger seat. Robin's cousin, Dana Lee, and Corey's best friend, Steven Bledsoe, rode in the back seat. Robin, Dana, and Steven died as a result of the single-vehicle accident...
