Defendant, Ewatha J. Green, appeals from his conviction of robbery after a jury trial and unsuccessful postsentencing motion, this being a direct appeal from the trial court's judgment pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 606(b) (188 Ill.2d R. 606(b)). Defendant asserts he was denied a fair trial, resulting from the trial court's failure to properly instruct the jury. We note that the record contains a jury verdict...
