¶ 1 Weyerhaeuser Company entered into a contract with Calloway Ross, Inc., to repair and maintain a railroad bridge. Lexington Insurance Company provided liability insurance for Calloway under Calloway's contract with Weyerhaeuser. A fire occurred during Calloway's repair work and Weyerhaeuser sued Calloway for negligence and breach of contract. Weyerhaeuser received a $6,140,984 judgment against Calloway.
