The Plaintiffs' amended complaint alleges fourteen counts against nine defendants (and a tenth subsequently added). Presently before the Court is the Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment on Count VII, which is a fraudulent transfer claim against defendant Gordon Properties, Ltd. ("Gordon").
