Court of Appeals of Virginia, Chesapeake.

September 12, 2006.

Virginia B. Theisen, Assistant Attorney General (Robert F. McDonnell, Attorney General, on brief), for appellee.

Present: FELTON, C.J., and ELDER and BEALES, JJ.

In a bench trial, David Jason O'Connell (appellant) was found guilty of two counts of involuntary manslaughter; one count of failing to stop, report information, and render assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident; and one count of driving under the influence (DUI).
