RANDOLPH A. BEALES, Judge.
In a bench trial, David Jason O'Connell (appellant) was found guilty of two counts of involuntary manslaughter; one count of failing to stop, report information, and render assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident; and one count of driving under the influence (DUI). On appeal, appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions of involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.
