A jury convicted Todd Alan Scofield and Robert George Worshek of crimes stemming from the distribution of methamphetamine.1 Following post-verdict motions for acquittal by both defendants, the district court granted Worshek's motion for acquittal with regard to his conspiracy conviction and the first count of distribution, finding that there was insufficient evidence to support those convictions.
