PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Nathaniel M. Allen, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the habeas court's judgment denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus in which he alleged that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel, and that his guilty plea, rendered pursuant to the Alford1 doctrine, was not made intelligently and voluntarily. We dismiss the appeal.
